Single Channel Video (Computer-Generated Animation)
2:07 May 2025
Blender. Premiere Pro. Max MSP.
What’s Left of Me is a computer-generated video that recycles a single, poorly topologized 3D mesh of a face, presenting it through various stages of self enlightenment. The work explores the complex act of balancing personality, inner thoughts, and self assurance, foundational elements of identity. Throughout the piece, multiple versions of the face compete for dominance, either clashing or blending into one another. This visual struggle reflects the inherent selfishness within human nature, a trait that is often destructive but universally present. As the narrative unravels, the consequences of each action become visible. What remains are fragmented traces—pieces that ultimately shape who we are, revealing both our unique qualities and our flaws.
